Not better than your garden! The advantage of a "real" garden is the unlimited dirt! I can't plant certain plants (think pumpkins, zucchini, carrots, potatoes...) cuz they need more space. You're just bitter because your garden has mosquitoes :)

Well I'm a bit addicted to this red cabbage salad right now, so I've just been making it all week. But if you don't want to do that, you could make a soup with shredded cabbage, potatoes, sausage and broth. Simmer it just long enough for the potatoes to cook through. Enjoy!

Hi Gudrun- We are definitely loving the quality and value of the box, on top of supporting local agriculture. We did end up renewing for the last quarter of the year, so I may end up having to do some menu planning like you. I'm usually not that organized though!
